Can I reserve a particular stand?

Yes. This isn’t guaranteed as the floor plan may be subject to change but we will do our
best to accommodate your request. Please contact us for the latest availability.

Is my stand confirmed?

Your stand is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Upon receipt of
payment you will receive an email confirming your full booking details. Stands will be held
for a maximum of 7 days for invoices to be paid.

How big is my stand?

Stand spaces are 3m wide x 2m deep or 2m wide x 2m deep.

Can I exhibit outside of the main exhibition?

Yes. This year we've turned the marquee round so that the outside exhibition spaces (perfect for displaying vehicles) are more prominently visible from the car park.

I don’t have Public Liability Insurance and Employer’s Liability Insurance, can I still
book a stand?

Yes, but we strongly advise that you have this in place.

Is power available?

Yes, power is available to your stand. Please tick the relevant box on your booking form.
If you require more sockets you will need to bring your own extension cables and these
must be PAT tested.

Are tablecloths provided?

Yes, all tables will be clothed

Is there WiFi available?

Yes, WiFi will be available, however please be patient at the beginning of the day whilst
everyone logs on! If your product strongly relies on WiFi we suggest you bring your own.

When can I set up my stand?

Access for set-up is available from 8.00am on Thursday 15 September. Please ensure your exhibition stand is ready by 9.30am at the latest.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available on site.
